But.....I did not enjoy the citrus salad on top of which the chef had balanced those perfect fish cakes. It was bland and to my jaded chilli scorched palate, tastless. A drizzle of a tasty dressing would have made all the difference. I had the same problem with their Atholl Browse although I don't think a drizzle of salad dressing would do the trick a second time around.
