PLEASE PLEASE can't you guys get better and proper coffee cups/mugs. Those that you use is awkward and difficult to handle. I actually have decided not to use you any more, as I cannot enjoy my coffee - and my wife spilled coffee on herself due to the poordesign of the mugs. Such a pity, as the coffee really is good.

I know this is a problem not restricted to Knysna, but to all Vida shops. Please do something about it, otherwise you will keep on losing customers.

They were damned noisy the last time I had coffee there. But then again I also tend to talk loudly myself and I agree, its different, its great. But just to clarify that comment by admin is not really admin's. It was posted by a guest editor who we invited into the workshop and who for one reason or another was just passing through.

Just a pitty that their service isn't quite a match to their great coffee. This is a case of the product sells. They've lost me and a few other potential clients due to lack of service.

Just the other day a group of 3 ladies stood at the counter for 15 min or more just waiting to be served. They passed a comment which indicated that either they were invisible or the coffee's so strong the staff can't see right.

The comment was funny, but fair. I've had the same experience too. Tisk, tisk Vida - perhaps the staff either need more or less of that gold you serve.
